Payment & Refund Policy
Sun Dental Miami – Transparent Payment Practices
To secure and prepare your dental procedure, Sun Dental Miami requires a one-time non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 at the time of signing the Agreement of Procedure Fees. This deposit covers administrative and scheduling costs, is valid for one (1) year from the execution date, and is non-refundable under all circumstances, including failure to obtain medical clearance. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than fifteen (15) days before the scheduled procedure(s). Failure to meet this deadline will result in cancellation. All payments are the responsibility of the patient, including any rescheduling or cancellation fees. If another party makes payment, they must also sign the Agreement and accept financial liability.
In the event of cancellation, refunds are subject to the following: (a) 30 days or more prior: refund of the amount paid, less the $1,000 deposit; (b) 15–29 days prior: refund of 50% of the amount paid, less the deposit and an additional $500 if a preoperative visit has been completed, as well as any applicable third-party costs such as implants or supplies; (c) 0–14 days prior: no refund will be issued. Rescheduling incurs a $500 fee, and cancellation of a rescheduled procedure will result in a $1,000 fee per occurrence.
Payments are made for the provision of professional services, not guaranteed results. Revisions requested within one (1) year will require payment of operating and supply costs; revisions after one (1) year will be billed in full and subject to updated pricing. By making any payment, you agree that your obligation remains binding regardless of outcome, and disputes must be mediated with Sun Dental Miami before initiating any chargeback.
